The Gathering is more than a conference.

It's a community. A shared commitment to social change. An entrepreneurial mindset. A passion for scaling innovation. A belief that transformative change is possible. It's action.

Gathering participants come together each year with a shared purpose—to catalyze the development of new ideas, relationships, and resources needed to build stronger nonprofit organizations and create widespread change. And they also work to make the change they talk about happen through an ideas-to-action focus.
