The Gathering of Leaders provides an annual forum for discussion and idea generation focused on tackling the barriers to lasting change in America. But dialogue and good ideas alone aren't enough to overcome the challenges we face - action is required.

The Gathering's ideas-to-action focus encourages participants to identify opportunities to move the dialogue forward. The result is the action agenda - a set of goals the Gathering community and a broader set of colleagues, partners, and networks advance in the months between events.
