Although a major snowstorm cut the 2007 Gathering short by one day, it didn't stop participants from working together to catalyze human, financial and political capital for individual organizations and the broader nonprofit sector. Nearly 150 people traveled to Mohonk Mountain House in New Paltz, New York, for the third annual Gathering of Leaders.
